Banjaluka Felt Prayer Hanging

This felt prayer hanging is decorated with appliqued felt wool flowers and baskets, secured with blanket stitch and embellished with couched silk details. The central motif is a vase of flowers under a mihrab set against a red velvet ground, surrounded by a border with vases and flowers framed by stylised scrollwork.
